While I don't worship Musk, my reponse to articles like this is usually - wow, the author must have achieved so much more, his vision is surely so much better and bigger, his imagination is out of this world. I did scan through the article quickly and didn't find a single concrete evidence of what you're actually proposing. What exactly are your ideas (let's leave the execution aside for now) that are surely so much better than Musk's endevours?
