Umair, you're right about Putin's speach being fascist. I listened to it. Chilling. However, I think you're overestimating all this long, adn sophisticated game played by Putin. Russia is corrupt and ultimately poor. It can't launch a rocket into space because everything is so rotten, mostly-stolen and broken. It can't build its own smart phone or electric car (China can) - because everything get stolen. So some optimism there
