This type of stories and titles are generally misleading I find. Like running is bad for your knees. Well obviously everything in life comes with some risks, some costs. These risks are greater with extreme forms of activity (exercise in this case) .however the premise should be comparing to alternatives. Exercising is better than a sedentary life. Running so better than not running. Thats not even debatable. So it’s ok to discuss very specific risks that come with specific activities but not draw generalizations; they are just not factually correct
