I want to leave a note about Bryan Johnson and Paul Johnson. The clips featuring Bryan Johnson and Paul Johnson in my social media feed caught my attention this week.

What if we were our own best work?

Meeting Bryan in person helped me reverse my initial negative and presumptuous judgment of him. He has a vision and he’s executing it. He’s confident and a bit cocky but I wouldn’t call him condescending. Think what you want of his looks and ideas — he will continue on his mission.
