I kept seeing the headlines here and there. Like these:

I never read the actual articles — I got bored just reading the headlines. It was immediately easy to guess what the dude is doing — spending lots of money on fancy nutrition, a perfect lifestyle, and tracking a gazillion of mechanisms across a gazillion of his organs.

He’s 45, so about my age.

But then, in my LinkedIn feed, there was a post about him, structured in short phrases, and it was impossible to not scroll through the details. I wish I saved it, but now I can’t find it. It went through Johnson’s entire routine and nutrition.
