No matter the weather

No matter your weight

With or without music

Slow or fast

Run in the morning, run in the evening

Every week

A couple of miles and more if you wish

With your partner or on your own

Run when on vacation

Sign up for a local 5K race but you don’t have to

Sign up for a longer race, but you don’t have to

Run and let your kids see you run

Run with your kid, run on your own

Run with your dog

Run with your cat. Ok maybe not

Run on New Year’s day, it’s a nice feeling

Run when in high spirits, run when you’re sad

Waive your hand at fellow runners on your way

Try fartlek — it’s a real thing, look it up. You don’t need to fart

No, you won’t hurt your knees

No, you don’t have some special condition with your feet or bones that prevents you from running

Run!

A thousand years ago people ran, they will too a thousand years from now, no matter the advances in technology, no matter the trends. Be human, be an animal, be part of the eternal motion of life
