My “before” and “after” pics and thoughts on weight loss
This picture showed up on my iPhone today.
I’m the guy on the left. This is Dec 1st, 2018 so four years ago.
I smiled looking at this photo and showed it to my son. He laughed and said it looked like it was photoshopped. He then browsed through some other pictures of me where I looked — well, so much different from how I look today.
A couple more — hiking in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. 2018 again.
I was never obese but, as you can see, I had extra weight. I’d been through several cycles of losing weight and gaining it back. In my thirties, the “losing” part of the cycle became a rare occurrence. I consistently weighted 185–190 pounds or about 84 kilos.
