Kipchoge wins Tokyo and one major change I’m making to my running

In recent days my mind has been totally consumed by the terrible war in Ukraine. I’m Russian with many Ukrainian relatives and friends and I’m heartbroken; for a week now I wake up unable to comprehend how Russia and Putin are doing what they are doing.

This is my first attempt to write on a different topic, on my life’s biggest passion — running.

Kipchoge just won the Tokyo marathon.
