I"ve been doing for many weeks (going though a running injury and had to adjust my neutron to compensate for less exercise) and couldn't be happier. The main different to what you describe is that I'm finding it extraorindarily easy. I eat a very healthy breakfast and lunch, stop eating around 3 and only eat breakfast the following morning. Never hungry in the evening', never tempted. So easy
