I spend quite a bit of time in southern FL for family reasons. It's bad ... I run 60 + miles a week and miss CA so badly when I'm in FL. However, I don't think it's in the nature of runners to complain. Hot weather is happy weather! as Jakob Ingebrigsten said. In general, it takes me a week to acclimatize. The quality of runnings suffers but it's okay overall
