I recently started intermittent fasting because I needed to control weight while I recover from an injury and don't run (normally I run 60+ miles a week). Super happy with it and haven't put any weight at all. I do the 8-16 fast and am finding it very easy (I'm never hungry in the evenings anyway). I found your story interesting. However, it still seems very hard to get 1,500-2,000 calories in a single meal. Don't you think?
