I rarely trash talk but this is so bull shit - some mediocre theory based on limited sample and half of the article talks about healthy eating (avocado etc). You are not going to lose weight based on eating lunch at this time or that. I skip lunch every day and it’s been key to my weight loss (and running super fast marathons).
