I keep changing my mind about eating red meat (and priceless nutrition advice)

Every time I see a blog about red meat, I read it eagerly, out of curiosity. Is there a new study that confirms or denies the link to cancer?

In general, I have a very clear attitude when it comes to reading about dieting and nutrition advice. I don’t give two fucks about someone’s keto diet, or giving up coffee or alcohol, and especially, especially I don’t want to hear another ode to intermittent fasting.

Because I know exactly what constitutes a healthy diet. I met God and he told me the truth.

Here, thank me later:

Eat and drink in moderation

Less highly processed foods

Less sugar

Thousand of blogs and millions of words written about how to eat healthily but it takes ten words to summarize it all.

As long as one sticks to the above, I think our individual nutrition choices can be vastly different. Whatever you feel in harmony with — go for it (share your experience but don’t preach). No alcohol — fine. A couple of drinks every night — fine it too. Vegan — respect. Eating everything with no constraints (but in moderation) — respect too.

My curiosity about red meat isn’t about dieting.

I just can’t make up my mind about how I feel about it, hence this story.
