I hate stories like this. What's more important is that you give most people (including you the author) a million bucks and they wont' be able to multiple it, let alone build multibillion dollar businesses. I find many magnates unlikeable, but not recognizing what it takes (hard work, intelligence, a lot of risk-taking, and failure) to build empires of that scale is just silly.
