I get really annoyed by these articles. Of course, there are other factors at play and sustainable weight loss is hard. However, no method, no diet will work if you don't embrace the most simple universal truth - you gotta stop the gluttony, you gotta stop overeating. And yes moving hugely helps, from a calorific perspective and in other ways. There is ABSOLUTELY no way to lose weight if you consume more calories than you spend. Sure, going into calorie restriction has its constraints but not accepting the truth you are even more certain not to lose weight by not understanding the simmple in-out equations is even sillier.
