I disagree with this study:)) I don't post my pics on Istagram (well, sometimes I do...) but interval running has been an absolute game changer for me. I'm super lean now, down 30 pounds for 1.5 years. Sub 3 hour marathon recently. Non interval exercise contributed also somewhat but HIIT has impacted my form like nothing else.
