I covered this in my other stories. I'm not saying we should have 10 tuckers rushing to interview Putin. But to the extent someone is already enjoying influence, censoring and forbidding achieves the opposite goal - the forbidden fruit becomes more attractive, the supporters of villains will grow even more resolves and there will be accusations of hypocracy if you are not consistent with your claims of protecting free speech. So yes, free speech applies to all.
