Finally, I found a real use for ChatGPT

I have a very close friend. We met at Cambridge more than twenty years ago and have stayed close, no matter where our lives and careers took us. Now he’s my only friend who is still in Moscow. Dozens of my friends and acquaintances left after the war in Ukraine started, and there was another wave of emigration, after Russia started the mobilization campaign. But my friend runs a business, and it’s not easy for him or his family to leave, even in the face of Russia’s mobilization.

There are five of us, actually, close friends since Cambridge. We maintain a chat group, and not a day goes by without discussing current affairs and the war or reminiscing about our younger years (not that we are old!).

I don’t remember how it all started but start it did — early in our friendship. My friend and I would ridicule the size of each other’s … you know… penises, not that we’ve ever seen each other fully naked. In the library, while studying for exams, at parties, and in our chat decades later, it always ends up with some variation of this topic. We get really elaborate with our jokes and innuendos. Our friends enjoy our decades-long “standoff” and would occasionally contribute to the debate.

Jokes aside, I love my friend and want to help him with his little problem. So I turned to ChatGDP:

Of course, I shared this advice in our chat group.

Finally, I was able to use ChatGDP for a real-life problem.
