Awesome super cheap habits I’m pleased with (and recommend!)

I have bad habits too, of course, but these ones help maintain my physical and mental health:

  1. $50 worth of oats, almonds, and honey (I mean that I eat oats with almonds and honey) can sustain at least one-third of my nutrition for many weeks. I mention $50 because it’s practical to buy oats and almonds in large packs at Costco.
  2. I eat oranges. Everywhere. I go on an errand — I take an orange with me. I stop at a grocery store or gas station — I get an orange. I go on a hike — I eat oranges.
