After some soul searching and speculating (“I’m building my toughness!”, “when I finally run in good conditions, this suffering now will have paid off!”) Ive come to the conclusion that running in heat and humidity just sucks, period. Ni benefit. I mean the quality of running/training is just poor no matter how you look at it
